Your information stays yours.

What I use. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use it: which pages get read, how far down people scroll, and where visitors drop out of the Scorecard. It also uses the Meta Pixel to measure how visits relate to advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Neither tool loads until you accept in the banner.

What it collects. Google Analytics sets cookies that record a randomly generated identifier for your browser, along with general information like approximate location at city level, device type, browser, and how you arrived at the site. It does not collect your name or email address, and IP anonymisation is enabled. The Meta Pixel sets its own cookie, used to measure ad performance and recognise repeat visits to pages on this site.

Your choice. You'll see a banner on your first visit. If you decline, neither tool loads and nothing on this site stops working. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, block cookies through your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Cookies set regardless. A small number of strictly necessary cookies remember your cookie choice and keep your place in the Scorecard while you're completing it. These carry no analytics or advertising function and can't be switched off, because the site can't work without them.

Who processes it. Analytics data is processed by Google on my behalf. Google's handling of data from sites that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Meta's handling of data from sites that use the Pixel is described in Meta's cookie policy at facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

I don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

The Scorecard. If you complete the Scorecard, I store your name, email address, business name if you choose to give it, your answers, and the scores calculated from them. I use them to generate your results, email them to you, and work out whether coaching would be a fit. Your answers are read by me and nobody else. I don't publish them, share them, or use them as examples without asking you first.

Your results are also copied to a private Google Sheet that only I can open, so I have one place to review submissions and track results over time. If you take the Scorecard more than once, each submission is kept separately so the change is visible.

The chapter download. If you download a chapter of Start to Scale, I store your email address so I can send you the file.

The monthly letter. I only add you to it if you tick the box. It's never ticked for you. Every issue has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.

The contact form and book waitlist. I store your name, email address, message and consent choices so I can reply and keep track of the choices you've made about communication.

Booking a call. If you book a call, the time and the details you enter are handled in Google Calendar.

To deliver Scorecard results, respond to your message, manage the book waitlist, understand whether coaching may be a fit, send the monthly letter if you asked for it, maintain and protect the site, measure advertising, and keep records of the choices you make about communication.

A small number of service providers process information only as needed to run the site and deliver what you asked for. They're required to protect it and can't use it for their own purposes.

What you give me is kept for 24 months of inactivity, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Email list subscriptions last until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed.

Where the GDPR applies, I process information when you give consent, when it is necessary to respond before entering a coaching relationship, and when I have a legitimate interest in operating and protecting the business. You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it was withdrawn.

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may object to certain processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If your information is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards will be used.

To exercise a right, ask a question, or request deletion, email tayler@takeformdevelopment.com. I'll delete your data and confirm when it's done. You don't need to give a reason. I may need to verify your identity first, and I'll respond within 45 days.

This site and the Scorecard are intended for business owners. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given me information, email me and I'll delete it.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, I'll update the effective date at the top.
