One partnership. Built to your business.
This isn't a course, a group program, or a content library. There's one way to work with me and it flexes to what your business actually needs. I keep it at 30 clients at a time. 7 seats are open right now.
Here's what's in it.
Weekly one-on-one sessions
Thirty to sixty minutes, every week. Weekly is the cadence, not monthly, not when it's convenient. Structure gets built by repetition, and a fortnight is long enough for a week of drift to become a month of it. It's me on every call. There's no junior coach to hand you off to.
A personalized development plan
Not a curriculum. We map your five fundamentals, name the one capping the business right now, and build the plan to fix it. It gets revised as you move up the ladder.
Clear priorities between sessions
You leave every session knowing the two or three things that matter before we speak again. The work happens between the calls. The calls make sure it happens.
Text and email access between sessions
Something comes up mid-week, you message me. I answer most things inside 24 hours. If you're at the higher end of the range, faster than that. That access is part of what you're paying for.
Quarterly financial review
We go through the real numbers four times a year. Margin by service or product line, owner compensation, where the money is actually going. Most owners find something in the first one.
Annual planning intensive
A half day once a year to set the next twelve months, with the plan built by the end of it rather than promised afterward.
Coaching your leadership team
For owners building an actual layer of management, I'll coach your leaders directly, alongside you or separately. This is one of the two things that moves you up the price range, and it's the fastest way to stop being the hub.
Tayler is a fantastic teacher. He knows how to meet you exactly where you and your growing business is at. He knows how to give you manageable next steps.
And here's the work underneath it.
Which of these we do, and in what order, depends on what's actually constraining you. Nobody gets all of it in the first year. But this is the territory.
Ownership
How you govern yourself, so progress doesn't run on willpower.
- Your personal operating structure: how you decide what gets your attention and what doesn't.
- Follow-through systems, so the plan survives a bad week.
Acquisition
A repeatable engine instead of you hustling.
- Sales process build-out: the repeatable version of what you currently do by instinct.
- Marketing economics: what a client actually costs to acquire, and which channels are paying for themselves.
Delivery
The standard holds whether or not you're in the room.
- Process documentation: getting what lives in your head into a form your team can run without you.
- Meeting rhythm and scorecards: the operating cadence the business runs on week to week.
Team
People who own outcomes instead of waiting for you.
- Hiring and role design: who to hire next, what the role actually owns, and how you'll know if it worked.
- Delegation mapping: what comes off your plate first, to whom, and in what order.
- Org design: the shape of the company you're building toward, not just the one you have.
- Compensation and incentive structures that pay for the behavior you actually want.
Profit
The business pays you beyond your own labor.
- Quarterly financial reviews and the habit of reading your own numbers.
- Margin work: which services, products or clients are actually making money.
- Owner independence: getting your income off your personal output.
Ninety days to start, then month to month. Your rate is locked for as long as the partnership lasts and never goes up. If it isn't earning its place, I'd rather you tell me.
Three steps. No surprises.

Take the Scorecard
Forty questions, about eight minutes. It shows you where your business stands, and shows me whether I'm the right fit to help.
- 02
A fit conversation
If it looks like a match, we talk. No pitch. We figure out whether this partnership earns its place for you, and I quote you on that call.
- 03
The partnership
Weekly one-on-one sessions, 30 to 60 minutes. We build the fundamentals one bottleneck at a time, with the accountability to make it actually happen.
$2,000 to $5,500 a month. Most land at $3,000.
I publish the range and the median because you should be able to tell whether this is in the conversation before you spend eight minutes on an assessment. Everybody quotes a range and everybody assumes they'll be quoted the top of it, so here's what actually moves you inside it.
How much of my time you have between sessions
Everyone gets text and email access. Some partnerships need more of it than others, and a business moving fast needs me reachable more often than one in a steadier stretch.
How many people I'm coaching
If it's you, you're at the lower end. If I'm also coaching your leadership team, directly or alongside you, that's more of my time and more people depending on it, and the number goes up accordingly.
I quote case by case, on the fit conversation, once I understand what I'm actually walking into. Nothing gets quoted before then.
- Ninety-day initial commitment, then month to month.
- Your rate is locked for as long as the partnership lasts. It never goes up.
- No refund and no guarantee. I'm not going to promise you an outcome that depends on work you do.
Thirty seats. A waitlist after that.
When all 30 seats are taken, new owners join the waitlist and come in as seats open. The Scorecard is how you get in line.
